TALENT GUIDELINES AND RESOURCES
Ambassador Models Management is committed to providing a work environment in which our submitted talent (“Talent”) is treated with the utmost respect and professionalism, free from any form of discrimination or harassment. Talent will not tolerate any form of discrimination and/or harassment in a professional work environment. If any of our Talents experience or witness discrimination, sexual and/or other unlawful harassment while on the job, we ask Talents to report the matter immediately to their managers or by email at info@ambassadormodels.com.
All allegations of harassment, discrimination or retaliation made to the Company will be investigated promptly, thoroughly and impartially.
Ambassador Models Management is committed to providing our talent with a professional environment that is safe, healthy, comfortable and productive. The following list of guidelines provides an overview of the practices and standards expected of employees, clients, clients, brands, contractors and other agents in their professional activities in the Women and Female Talent industry. However, a womans professional expectations go beyond the guidelines below and do not supersede the applicable laws or regulations of any country in which women do business.
● Images and/or videos depicting Talent nude, partially nude, in sheer clothing, swimwear, lingerie and/or fur require prior written permission;
● Customers and brands working with Talent are expected to take all reasonable steps necessary to protect and maintain the safety, health and well being of Talent at all times while Talent provides services;
● Talent images and/or videos may not be altered or distorted beyond reasonable and customary editing;
● Backstage filming of Talent is not permitted without prior written permission. If behind-the-scenes filming is approved, it may not be filmed while Talent is nude and/or changing clothes, before hair and makeup is ready, or at any other time when Talent has an expectation of privacy;
● Talents will be allowed to take regular rest periods to enable them to maintain adequate amounts of rest and refreshment while performing services;
● No one shall impose on the Talent any activities or actions that are dangerous, degrading, unprofessional or humiliating;
● Individuals must not be under the influence of or in possession of illegal drugs or alcohol in the workplace (including the unauthorized use of prescription drugs);
● No one has the right to force Talent to diet or lose weight, which may inadvertently jeopardize his health or safety;
● Customers and brands are responsible for taking adequate security measures when necessary;
● Confidential information about the Talent and the terms of the agreement under which the contract is concluded with the Talent will not be disclosed except in cases of prior written consent or as necessary to fulfill the obligations of the client and the brand.
Talent is encouraged to report conduct that they reasonably believe violates Ambassador Models Management ethical or professional goals, even if not specifically listed above.
