2. WHY AND HOW WE USE AND COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

This includes, but is not limited to: - Model and talent management and representation: finding a talent or model, promoting and managing talent, communicating and providing services to our clients and/or partners. - Marketing and Promotion: Promoting our agency, models and talent, including the use of portfolios, social media and other marketing materials. - Legal Compliance: Adhering to legal, regulatory and professional standards, and responding to requests from law enforcement and other authorities. - Dispute Resolution: Handling disputes, claims or litigation involving our agency, our models, talents or our clients. - Financial management: managing payments, fees and charges, and collecting and reimbursing money owed to us. - Operational efficiency: ensuring the smooth running of our operations, which may include monitoring and managing IT systems, as well as conducting internal audits and reviews. 2.2.4 We collect and process your personal data to maintain our website and improve your user experience. This includes ensuring the security, availability, performance, capacity and health of the website. In this case, your personal data will be processed to represent a legitimate interest. 2.2.5 We may use your personal information to exercise or enforce our rights under applicable law, such as to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We may also use your personal information to comply with our obligations as specified in applicable law. This personal data is processed for the purposes set out in section 2.2.1, 2.2.1 and/or 2.2.3. We need to process such personal data to fulfill our obligations as they apply to our potential or actual employment and/or contractual relationships. 2.5 If you are under 18 years of age, your personal data will not be processed even if we receive written consent or authorization from your parent/legal guardian. 2.6 As explained in 2.4. the executor of the contract needs to collect certain “confidential” personal data (information about physique and appearance, information about a driver’s license). By checking your consent on our website, you give your permission to do so. 2.7 If the legal basis for the processing of such personal data is your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out before the withdrawal of your consent. Where the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to such processing as set out in section 4.12 of this Privacy Policy. 2.8 The collected data will only be used for the purposes for which it was collected.
3. SAVING YOUR DATA AND DELETION
3.1 Your personal data will not be stored longer than necessary for the specific purpose. However, since we cannot specify such a period in advance, the retention period is determined as follows: 3.1.1 Personal data used by us to provide services to you or your services to us, as set out in section 2.2.1, will be retained, retained and used for as long as necessary to provide the services, and retained and used for direct marketing. 5. RECIPIENTS AND PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
5.1 As part of Ambassador Models Management, your data may be received by: - Reservations Department: introduces and accommodates you. - Administration Department: complete the necessary formalities, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations and pay you. 5.2 We may also, for the purposes of our legitimate interests: - Post photographs with your image on the Internet and social networks in order to promote the modeling studio and agency. - Use your image for non-commercial purposes (internal documentation, social networks, agency website, etc.) or for archival or documentary purposes. 5.3 Finally, we may share your data: - Clients or potential clients for labor supply contracts or image rights contracts relating to you; - Ambassador Models Management, if it is also authorized to represent you; - Modeling agencies and companies (brands) to search for contracts; - Photographers and printers for designing your portfolio or other photo shoots; - Organizations acting as subcontractors (for example, visa service providers, travel agencies for booking your flights and/or accommodation, debt collection companies, etc.); - Certain government entities are legal entities to comply with our legal obligations; - Auditors, consultants or potential acquirers prior to an audit or restructuring; - IT companies, such as software providers we use, may also have access to your Data, but only for the purposes of hosting and supporting our tools.
6. PROVIDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO OTHERS
6.1 To provide you with our services and maintain a database of your contact information, we work with third party service providers and partners to process and store your personal information. 6.2 If you are a customer of ours, we may share your personal information with suppliers and partners with whom we have contracted or wish to contract to provide our services to you. If you are a supplier or partner of ours, we may provide your personal information to our customers in order to promote you as a potential supplier or partner in the course of providing services. 6.3 We may also disclose your personal information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation. When you share an item on X such as an item, like it on Facebook, watch a video embedded on our website via Vimeo, or click on a link to our social media profile, such social media service provider may collect personal information about you and link this information to your existing profile on such channel. In this case, the social network service provider acts as an administrator.
7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
7.1 Depending on the circumstances, we may transfer personal information outside the European Economic Area to countries with less stringent data protection laws. If this type of transfer is necessary, appropriate preventive measures will be taken.
